Knowledge:
W1 - Knows how to interpret results of biological analyses [BI_W04];
W2 - Has knowledge of the fundamental problems inherent in bioinformatics [BI_W10];
W3 - Has knowledge of the development of research and methodology relevant to bioinformatics[BI_W12];
W4 - Understands the relationship between bioinformatics achievements and possibilities of their use in practice[BI_W17].
Skills:
U1 - Understands the literature on mathematical statistics and computer science in Polish; reads and understand simple scientific
texts in English (foreign language) [BI_U04];
U2 - Uses available information sources, including electronic sources [BI_U05];
U3 - Uses scientific language in the discourse undertaken with experts in bioinformatics[BI_U11];
U4 - It has the ability of speaking in Polish and English on specific issues in the field of bioinformatics[BI_U16];
U5 - Can independently use the available sources of information for the understanding of bioinformatics’ problems[BI_U17].
