prof.dr hab. inż. Andrzej BorkowskiLanguage of instruction:
Polish / EnglishThe course in English will be available if a minimum of 6 students sign up for a group. If less than 6 students sign up for the group, the course will be available in Polish with the possibility of individual support in English.Learning outcomes:
Student gains theoretic knowledge and the practical skills to elaborate sets of surveying data. Particularly student gains knowledge of the law of error propagation and its practical use in miscellaneous geodetic tasks. Student knows the elementary linear estimation models: the parametric method, the parametric method with constrains, conditional adjustment and the generalized model, and he can use these models for the level and horizontal networks elaboration.Competences:
Graduate of the subject allows to use different methods for self-elaboration of the levelling and horizontal geodetic networks, and other computation tasks with the estimation of parameters.Prerequisites:
Math Analysis I, Math Analysis II, statistic, surveying I, adjustment theory ICourse content:
The parametric method, the parametric method with constrains, conditional adjustment and the conditional adjustment with the parameters. The functional model and the stochastic model. Adjustment of levelling networks. Adjustment of horizontal networks. Observations equations and linearization. Error estimation. Error ellipse. Network analysis and design.
