Learning outcomes: Knowledge: He has knowledge about the basics of economic decision-making, in particular in the field of methods and techniques to identify and solve current problems in the enterprise. He knows the basic rules of making changes in the company, including the introduction of new products on the market. The student has knowledge about methods for assessing the effectiveness and feasibility of business ventures and long- term planning development of the company. Skills: The student correctly identifies and interprets the current problems in the enterprise and proposes ways to solve them. He draws up plans for repayment of loans. The student uses the selected methods for assessing the economic efficiency and financial feasibility of projects. He correctly selects and uses the data to prepare development plans of the company.

Competences: Social competencies: The student evaluates the need for continuous improvement of the knowledge and skills necessary preparations to take economic decisions. He can justify the ways of solving the problems of the company and take a position in this regard.

Prerequisites: Fundamentals of accounting and corporate finance

Course content: Conditions of increased competition, how to identify and solve problems in a company, methods of assessing the effectiveness and feasibility of projects economic development planning of the company.
