Knowledge:
Student knows and describes the most important economic mechanisms in the field of environmental protection as well as has knowledge of environmental funding. Moreover, student has expertise in the creation and development of individual entrepreneurship and business.
He knows the basic concepts and structure of the legal system of environmental protection in Poland. Student lists the basic legal acts and distinguishes between competence environmental authorities.
Skills:
Student applies and interprets laws in solving environmental problems and uses appropriate terminology.
Student is able to bind regulations operating at different levels. Moreover, student knows how to plan selected activities that require decisions of environmental protection pursuant to the competence of those bodies.
Student obtained the information from literature, databases and other sources.

- The institutions and the environmental authorities
- Basic concepts of law related to the protection of the environment in the context of making and conducting business activity
- Sources of law and national environmental policy in making and performing business with the environment in mind
- Start a business by private entities in the context of environmental protection; legal and administrative conditions
- Taking economic activity by private entities in the context of environmental protection; legal and administrative conditions
- Regulation of business and environmental reasons
- Protection of the environment in the performance of
energy business
- Protecting the environment in the performance of railway operations
- Environmental protection in the exercise of aviation activities
