Learning outcomes: Knowledge: - the student knows organizational, legal and economic bases of functioning of the enterprise, especially acting in the sector of the renewable power industry and in the waste disposal, - the student knows the being of creating the business plan, the invention and innovations, understands what compounds consist between the theory but the invention, the business activity and the innovation, on - he has a widened knowledge of the individual entrepreneurship in managing the waste disposal and renewable energetics, the quality and the conducting business activities in it, - he is able effectively to use resources of patent information, is aware of needs for the resource management of the intellectual property, as well as knows elements of the safety being applicable in an energy management and for the waste disposal, [R2 OŻE_W04; R2 OŻE_W05; R2 OŻE_W08]. Skils: - the student is purchasing abilities of creative analysing information included in databases and the resource management of the intellectual property, - is able to use elements of engineering, in generating inventive ideas, a usefulness can assess inventions, stormy discussion, visualisation of thoughts them for the practical application, - is able to draft the business plan, [R2 OŻE_U01; R2 OŻE_U02; R2OŹE _U05; R2OŹE _U07; R2 OŻE_U08; R2 OŻE_U13; R2OŹE _U14a; R2OŹE _U14b].
Competences: Social competence: - in the awareness of the student is being stressed attitude of the greater creativity, of more energetic and optimistic orientation on fulfilling the purpose, - is able to think and to act in the enterprising way in the planning and the execution of tasks associated with managing in the management of renewable energy sources and with waste, [R2OŹE_K01; R2A_K03; R2OŹE _K06; R2OŹE _K07].
Prerequisites: Marketing and the production management and with services.
Course content: Role of innovation in contemporary world. Factors stimulating the development for her. Connections occurring between the learning and the innovation. The being of drafting the business plan and formulating the application about assuming the business activity. Source of finances of implementing the innovation. Processes of raising funds, business documentation.

Assessment methods: Lectures: ranking the lecture. Exercises: ranking all projects. Knowledge: oral vetting of the knowledge of innovative tied ideas in applying the method of the brainstorming in generating with assuming the business activity. Skils: the drafting and the presentation of the project of the business plan. Social competence: evaluation of effects of the individual work and in the team, discussion on classes.
