Knowledge:
Student has theoretical knowledge and practical skills to select species and varietes of trees, bushes to plant them in gardens, avenues, city parks and open landscape O2_W05, O2_W06.
Skills:
Student can plan planting of trees and bushes regarding to soil conditions and esthetic requirement of project. Student knows the rules of species selection regarding to their role in structure O2_U06, O2_U07.
Competences:
Social competences::
Student is aware of the significance of proper species selection for planting in city and in open landscape and also knows the effect of these arrangements on environment.. Student understands the processes occurring in managed plant systems. O2_K04, O2_K07.

Course content:
The role of high flora in city structure, in transport router and garden. Rola roślinności wysokiej w układzie miasta, w projektowaniu szlaków komunikacyjnych oraz ogrodów. The selection of trees and bushes regarding to soil conditions and esthetic requirement of project. Recommended literature:
