Knowledge
He knows the probabilistic method of structural analysis. He knows the structural reliability assessment methods. He knows the real modeling loads and structural degradation.
Skills
It can determine the probability of response characteristics to the design of a random load. Able to estimate the reliability of the structure.
Competences:
Is aware of the presence of parameter uncertainties and load structure and the need to assess the safety and reliability of the design.Prerequisites:
Knowledge of probability and structural analysis.Course content:
The structural analysis methods will be exposed to random loads, taking into account the random properties of the structure parameters, stochastic finite element method, the method of evaluation and analysis of structural reliability, load modeling, the description of degradation of the structure and propagation of damage.Recommended literature:
