Learning outcomes: Student has clear theoretical knowledge in the sphere of spatial economy, especially in local planning range, and real estate management Student knows the essence and valuation purposes; approaches, methods and techniques of valuation of real estate in Poland Student can also evaluate approximate economic consequences of spatial activity: the highness of planning fee, is able to distinguish different planning state for real estate management, real estate valuation, real estate management and real estate brokerage.

Competences: Student is aware of the importance and understands the non-technical aspects and consequences of decisions regarding spatial activity including environmental influence , safety and responsibility for undertaking decisions. Student can cooperate and work as part of a team, accepting various roles

Prerequisites: the fundamentals of law

Course content: Legal basis of Land management/Spatial economy/spatial management. Spatial policy. Role and importance of local plan, areas under land-use plan in land and real estate management. Real estate value as a result of local plan approving. Further studies in the process of local plan preparing. Protection of agricultural land and forest. Spatial economy system. Legal basis of Spatial economy. Spatial policy depending on administrative level (state, voivodeship, commune). Role and importance of local plan, areas under land-use plan in land and real estate management. Real estate value as a result of local plan approving. Additional studies in the process of local plan preparing: eco-physiographic studies, predicting environmental influence of local plan approving, financial consequences prognosis of local plan implementation, agricultural application form. Spatial economy in commune without existing spatial local plan: land development decision, public investment decision of location. Protection of agricultural land and forest.
