Knowlsdge: Students understand the theoretical foundations of experimental design, the design and basic biological research methodology; Can define the purpose of the expected measurements or experiments. I plan to run a series of measurements and experiments; knows how to plan experiments. He knows the rules for establishing the results; has knowledge of how to draw conclusions from the planned experiments and use them in practice; has knowledge of the basic techniques and tools used in mathematics, statistics, biology to conduct experiments and analysis of biological data.
Skills: Student applies basic techniques and research tools in the field of experimental biology. He can construct a research hypothesis and
select the appropriate statistical test, interpret the results of tests; Understands the literature on planning experiments in Polish. He can prepare a basic study of the problem of planning experiments.
Competences:
Student is aware of the possibility of using the knowledge of the planning of experiments to solve the problems associated with the pursuit of bioinformatics,Prerequisites:
-Course content:
