After finishing the course student will possess basic skills of the work in the laboratory, student knows denouement from the range of health and safety in lab, hazards during the work with biological material, can collect and work with the research material, has a knowledge about research methods and techniques used in laboratories, about how to deal with different type of biological material ship to the laboratory, and has a knowledge how to handling laboratory devices. Competences:
After finishing the course student can apply for a job in laboratories about different profiles: clinical, fodder or milk industry and also in the laboratories of evaluation of alimentary articles and protections of environment, and of the electron microscopy.Prerequisites:
Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Physiology, Basics of laboratory analysis.
Course content:
Basic skills of the work in the laboratories about different profiles: metabolic, hepatic, pancreatic, renal, diagnostics of endocrinology, immune system, blood circulation system, analysis of fodder with different origin, milk analysis, water and sewage analysis.Recommended literature:
