At the end of the course the student will gain the knowledge of structural organization cells component (animal, plant and microbial) on molecular level; adhesion and transformation information by membrane; as well degradation of structural proteins in ubiquitin-dependent processes.

Molecular organization of procaryotic and eucaryottic cells: cytoskeletal structures, cytomatrix, extracellular matrix (GP, PG, GAG), membranes matrix (transformation information, adhesion, junction) and nuclear matrix, ubiquitin-dependent processes.Recommended literature:
