A student has general knowledge about work organization and human resources management.
He knows the methods and tools to describe and analyze the processes associated with the issue of human resources.
He knowsw ho is the leader and what is important in work organization.

A student is able to correctly interpret the phenomenon of personnel management.
He can use basic theoretical knowledge, he has the capacity of f work organization and selection of appropriate staff
He can properly motivate workers according to their skills.

The importance of human resources management, internal and external factors affecting the management of human resources, models of human resources management, the structure of personnel function and its components ( selection, Professional improvement and development, motivation, evaluation of employees), the operators of human resources management, information and communication, the problems of research methods of human resources, organization of work and its forms, directing.Recommended literature:
