After completing the course the student will know biologically active compounds of raw animal materials and how to determine their activity. He will be able to use by-products of animal raw materials processing in biotechnological processes.Competences:

Chemical composition of animal raw materials: milk, eggs and meat. Bioactive substances of animal raw materials origin: enzymes, inhibitors, biopeptides. By-products of raw animal materials processing and their biotechnological utilization (whey, animal blood).Recommended literature:
