Learning outcomes: Students will know fundamental conceptions of the law and state theory. Also will know rules of the constitutional, civil and administration law (substantive and procedural law). Student will also know a actual jurisdiction of the Polish Supreme Court.
Competences: After this course student will be able to individually apply a particular law such as civil code and administration law.
Prerequisites: -
Course content: State and other social structures, concept of the state, system, constitution. Law standards, sources of the law, construction of the law, interpretation of law. System of civil law, classification of civil law. Administrative law - procedural law. Administrative board.
