Learning outcomes: Student gains theoretical knowledge concerning professional activity at real estate brokerage and real estate agency organization. It means he is able to acquire real estates for transactions, conduct their marketing, seek potential clients, draw up brokerage agreements, prepare legal documentation for real estate brokerage, cooperate with other agencies and create system of offers exchange and market the agency.
Competences: Course competence allows for staring the professional practice in real estate evaluation and real estate brokerage and for acquiring of property expert license and real estate broker license.
Prerequisites: Land registry and real estate management
Course content: Brokerage as professional activity, standards and ethics, acquiring of offers and clients, drawing up brokerage agreements, transactions financing, banking products, joint ventures and their laws, bankruptcy processing and enforcement, agency management, agency work techniques, fiscal duties, taxes and charge rates at real estate brokerage, real estate as a subject to tax, kinds of taxes and charge rates, exceptions, tax reductions and allowances.
