Students know basic in planning and catering meals in agro tourism. Students are familiar with traditional and new concept of food intake and have an overview of convenience and ecological food.Competences:
Students are able to adopt the acquired knowledge to plan and provide catering service in different group of people (youth, adults) and with different physical activity. Students are able to organize catering in rural tourism and use convince and ecological food. Prerequisites:
Basic of human nutrition, basics of catering technologyCourse content:
Principles in planning of food intake in different group of people with different physical activity. Catering and food service in agro tourism and rural tourism. Non traditional concept of food intake, vegetarian, dietetic principles. Convenience and ecological food in tourism. Basic assessment of microbial quality of animal and plant products.
