After completing the course student is able to estimate of food processing plant water requirement and wastewater disposal, apply suitable method to water analysis, to know water intake, treatment and waste treatment methods in food industry. Student has the knowledge about theoretical bases of thermal processes and will able to estimate energy utilization in plant.Competences:
After the course the student can design a system of water and wastewater disposal in food plants. Is able to estimate energy and steam utilization in plant. Prerequisites:
