Raw materials base and raw materials management in food industry enterprises. Food products market. Food sector enterprise. Current assets, fixed assets. Output capacity. Employment. Working capacity and salaries. Cost calculation. Cost classification. Key and suplementory calculation. Supply fluctuation of agri-food goods. Analysis of current assets and fixed assets management in enterprises. Elements of accounting. Balance sheet and statements of income analysis. Businessplan.
