The knowledge about the government and extra-government organizations activity, that are working for the environment protection and knowledge about the legal acts of environment protection, basic knowledge about the hunting and activity of the Polish Hunting Association , knowledge about the threats coming from the wild animals for the human being and domestic animals, the ability to recognize presence of the wild animals in the particular areaCompetences:
The above knowledge will allow the participants for the active and aware activity in the sphere of the environment protection within the framework of wide spectrum of organizations and working in this field.
Prerequisites:
For the course participation the candidate has to graduate the first four semester of the Faculty of Biology and Animal Science.Course content:
The students become acquainted with the basic knowledge of law, legal acts and responsibilities of the chosen organizations of environment protection, the students become acquainted with the role and activity of the Polish Hunting Association in the area of environment protection and threatened species re-introduction, the knowledge about the meaning of the National Parks and the need of certain area isolation, including Natura 2000,knowledge about the inventory control methods and the ability of animal species that are living in the particular area recognizing.Recommended literature:
