At the end of the course a student is capable of conducting unassisted marketing research, estimating and interpreting the research results, and using it in food production administration.Competences:
Knowledge and practical skills gained in the course of the study are essential for food production administration and for work in sales and marketing departments of catering and food enterprises.Prerequisites:

Market research, marketing information, methods of marketing analysis, marketing forecasting and planning, marketing mix in food production, product, price, distribution, promotion, marketing management.Recommended literature:
