During the course, students gain a theoretical knowledge and practical skills in range of interpretation and usage of polish agrarian law and EU regulations. Each student learns about creating a deed of ownership, civil agreements, plans of property merging and exchanging, testaments concerning on rural holding, besides about a valuation of structural founds payments, especially from SPO and PROW.Competences:
Passing the course permits working in local administration, in agricultural departments of many organizations, centers of agricultural advisory, farming producers associations, offices of Agency of Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture.Prerequisites:
Course content:
Agrarian law sources, harmonizing polish and EU law, seizing in law of property,
Property merging and exchanging, inheritance of agrarian holdings, agrarian tax, social security in agriculture, farmers property insurance, rules of rural estates trade with foreigners,
rules of rural estates trade, agrarian structure improvement, veterinary and phytosanitary regulations, standards of animal nourishment, structural founds, programs PROW and SPO, social security in agriculture, farmers property insurance, functioning of: Agency of Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, Agency of Agrarian Market,.Agency of Agrarian Property.
