Learning outcomes: Seminar is supposed to support students in their diploma thesis in theoretical and practical part. Students are obliged to present their progress in diploma thesis in the form independent lectures.
Competences: Seminar should help the student in positive passing of diploma exam which gives the possibility to work in horticultural enerprises.
Prerequisites: Vegetable crop production, Pomology, Floriculture, Medicinal plants, Fertilization of horticultural plants
Course content: Introduction to the realisation of diploma thesis, general scheme: main parts of diploma work, used tools. Knowledge of scientific subject and its diversification. Aim and methodology of elaboration of the literature review, characteristics of research methods, forms of results presentation.
