Learning outcomes: After completing the course student is able to organize and carry out technological process of fruit and vegetable juices and wines production and evaluation of final products quality.

Competences:

Prerequisites: Biochemistry, General Food Technology, Food Analysis

Course content: The objective of the course is to provide knowledge about raw material for juices and wine productions, particularly about technological processes, plants, parameters and conditions of unit operation and evaluation of final products.
