Learning outcomes: Students know basic of nutritional methods, which are used to assess food intake and health status of different group of people. Students are familiar with classification and choosing proper methods in their study. Students know methods of study in other education programs.

Competences: Students are able to adopt the acquired knowledge to assess food intake and health status in studies of different group of people (youth, adults). Students are able to demonstrate faults and advantages other education programs.

Prerequisites: Basic of Human Nutrition

Course content: Classification of nutritional methods used to assess food intake. Classification of methods used to determinate health status (anthropometrical and biochemical parameters). Nutritional methods in other education programs.
