Learning outcomes: During the course, students gains a theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In particular, students obtains tricks of the law in force in Poland and EU and of the law usage, especially the agrarian law and the food law. They learn about creating a deed of ownership, tenancy agreements, besides about a valuation of structural founds payments, especially from SPO and PROW.
Competences: Passing the course permits working in rural administration, centers of agricultural advisory, farming producers associations, offices of Agency of Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and of Agency of Agrarian Market.
Prerequisites:
Course content: Systematic of polish and EU law sources, harmonizing polish and EU law, seizing in law of property, rules of rural estates trade, agrarian structure improvement, veterinary and phytosanitary regulations, standards of animal nourishment, structural founds, programs PROW and SPO, social security in agriculture, farmers property insurance, bases of labor law.
