Students learn how to use three different computer programs (Excel, SAS, R) for editing, visualizing and analysis of data related to selection of farm animals. Emphasis is put on very large data sets, characteristic to livestock populations.Competences:
The course allows students to carry data analysis for their master thesis After course completion students are prepared for working in institutions dealing with large scale alphanumeric data analysis and interpretation.Prerequisites:
Information technology, methodology of animal Course content:
