Learning outcomes: After completing the course, the students should be familiar with the legal regulations regarding State Treasury and local government units\\\\\\\' real estate management, as well as specific acts concerning real estate issues. They also know how to thoughtfully use acts concerned with the subject in question in practice. They are able to analyse and evaluate the economic value of space and estimate the value of space for various forms of management.

Course content: The legal basis of real estate, system regulations regarding real estate management, public real estate management (State Treasury and local government units), real estate resources. Prices and fees, account statements for State Treasury and local government units\\\\\\\' real estate. Real estate expropriation, expropriated real estate refund, compensation. The acquisition of real estate by foreigners. Management of agricultural real estate. Real estate value and methods of evaluation. The essence and specifics of the real estate market. Real estate investment, investment strategies, real estate development processes.
