Learning outcomes: Students will know fundamental conceptions of the law and state theory. Also will know rules of the constitutional, civil and administration law (substantive and procedural law). During the course student will know a different causes of the spatial development and real estate economy.
Competences: After this course student will be able to individually apply a particular law such as civil code and administration law.

Course content: State and other social structures, concept of the state, system, constitution. Law standards, sources of the law, construction of the law, interpretation of law. System of civil law, classification of civil law. Administrative law - procedural law. Administrative board. Spatial development and real estate economy law.
