After completing the course, the students should know the procedures behind creating planning documentation used in different branches of administration, and become familiar with planning documentation techniques, as well as practically utilise the acquired knowledge in creating planning documentationCompetences:

Course content:
Space (definition, characteristics). The systematics of spatial phenomena. The legal basis of spatial economy. The spatial economy system. The concept of state spatial economy. The spatial development plan of a voivodeship. A study of the determinants and directions of the spatial economy of a municipality. The local spatial development plan. The procedure behind creating a local spatial development plan. The form of the local spatial development plan. Documenting planning activity. Planning documentation techniques. A presentation of the documents required when creating a spatial development plan: plan initiation resolution, informing organs and institutions, applying for opinion and agreement, collecting remarks included in the plan, public discussion protocol.
