Learning outcomes: Student acquires theoretical knowledge in forecasting of financial impact of local plan adoption and economic results of agrotourism development in rural areas.

Competences: Completion of the course enables verification of forecasts of financial impact of adopting or changing the project of local plan. Finishing the course allows to identify potential height of cost of technical infrastructure realization ( which is the task of commune) and to identify potential benefits due to local plan adoption.

Prerequisites: spatial planning

Course content: Legal cosequences of adoption of local plan. Place of forecast of financial impact in process of creating a project of local plan. Content of forecast of financial impact. Planning fee. Reduction in property value as a result of adoption of local plan. Taxes and fees from property. Initiative on village. Sources of sponsorship of investments in tourism and recreation in rural areas.
