Student is ready to work in specialized laboratories, to programming of mixtures and prenmixes composition, can be a teacher or animal feeding adviser.Prerequisites:
Anatomy, physiology and biochemistry of animals Course content:
Differences in construction and functions of gastrointestinal tract in monogastric animals and in ruminants, feed intake regulatory mechanisms, digestion, enzymes secretion, absorption, morphology of gut walls and structural components of feeds; nutrients availability; metabolic disturbances; relation between feeds composition and nutritive and pro-health value of meat, milk and eggs.Recommended literature:
