Learning outcomes: The main aim of this class is to acquaint a student with the possibility which a hipotherapy gives. We present basic method of work in the hipotherapy and requirements for the horses and the hipotherapy centers.
Competences: At the end of the course the student will gain the knowledge of hipotherapy opportunities in treatment of the disabled and requirements for the horses and the hipotherapy centers, will know basic methods of work in the hipotherapy.
Prerequisites: Horse breeding
Course content: Basic concepts of rehabilitation, physiotherapy, forms of hipotherapy, kinds of security, horse training in hipotherapy, hipotherapy centers organization.
