Biology of most important bee species. Attractiveness of plants for bees. Pollen, nectar and honeydew. Antagonistic and parasitic microorganisms. Mode of action of beneficial microorganisms. The influence of environmental conditions on efficacy of biocontrol agents. The general rules of rational application of biocontrol agents. Recommended literature:
