Learning outcomes: The aim of the course is to provide of students with the knowledge on criteria for constructing and exploitating machines related to landscape architecture. The effect of machines on plants, soil and environment protection. Technical solutions improving comfort and safety of work
Competences: After completing the course, the students will be able to choose suitable machines. They will be familiar with the technical parameters and criteria as well as the principles of their selection

Course content: Technical and operational characteristics, division criteria, selection norms and requirements for machines for: ground works, sowing of grasses, mowing of lawns, lawns maintenance, formation of lawn from sod, nurturing of shrubs, cutting of trees, transplanting of trees, irrigation of plants.
