Student acquires the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in respect to building and land reclamation; knows the basic building and land reclamation naming; knows the procedure of building process and geodesist participation in this process; can read construction designs; distinguishes and classifies land reclamation structure, drainage and irrigation systems, water-supply sets, and sewerage systems; can manage the geodesy service of construction site, evaluation of assets and inventory of land reclamation devices and other building objectsCompetences:
Completion of this course enable to work in geodesy companies connected with investments on urban and farm areas; managing the evaluation of assets and working as the assets expert; managing the inventory of land reclamation devices and water cadastre; operation of construction supervisionPrerequisites:

Basic concepts of building, selected elements construction law and water law, geodesist participation on the construction site, administrative authority of architecture, building and construction supervision, selected issues of industrial building, classification of land and water engineering devices according to technical, economical and functional criteria’s, elements and classification of supporting elements of structure, infrastructure of waterworks, sewerage systems, gas set, distribution of heat, electricity set and telecommunication sets and it’s the most important elements; rules of designing, building technologies, kinds of land building structures and assessment of its safety state; hydrological foundations of water engineering, drainage and irrigating systems on arable lands and urban areas, water cadastre, types and kinds of water-supply sets and sewerage systems, sewage treatment plants, waste sites; rules of designing of objects and devices of water engineering and assessment of its safety state.
