Learning outcomes: Student gets to know agricultural advisory, forms and methods of advisory influence and factors influencing selection of advisory information.
Competences: Receiving credit for the course enables practical implementation of the scientific research results and promoting progress on farms.
Prerequisites: Sociology, Psychology.
Course content: The essence of agricultural advisory, advisory needs, innovations, personality in advisory process, methods and forms of advisory practice, motivation, interpersonal communication, leadership, conflict.
