Student should consist the knowledge about basic thermal calculations with sections, as named in Course contents.Competences:
The acquaintance of thermal bases\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' is indispensable for correct exploitation of: engines, heat exchangers, dryers, heaters, coolers, the device in processing of fodders and food etc..Prerequisites:
Physics, Mathematics.Course content:
Laws of ideal gases. I and II principle of conservation of energy. Energy of system, internal energy, enthalpy, entropy. Internal and external work. Processes and cycles of gasses. Steam and its conversion. Thermodynamics of humid air. Combustion, fuels, calorific value, balances, loses. Flow of real fluids, Ancona chart. Heat transfer, heat exchangers. Thermodynamic bases for coolers. Principal in agricultural drying, dryers.Recommended literature:
