Learning outcomes: The student obtains the knowledge about technology of the production with regard of the technological and economic aspects; he acquires practical skills in the range of the planning of processing and their realization on chosen machine tools.
Competences: The positive credit of this part of the object determined the base to making possible solving of the engineering problem by student in the range of the selection of materials to the concrete utilization in the agricultural technique, projections of processing and their realization.
Prerequisites: Physics. The object is compatible with simultaneously realized Engineering mechanics and with Bases of machines construction.
Course content: Methods of the production and the formation of products, bases of the plastic tooling and the founding. The technology of the tooling shaving and abrasive. Machine tools and the gear. Tools cutting off, the classification, materials, the geometry of the blade. Workshop metrology. The technology of the welding. The projection of processing.
