Learning outcomes: The student possesses theoretical knowledge relates the production of industrial fodders from special regard the newest methods their production (technologies, devices, equipment). He be able to execute simple calculations enabling the proper selection of the basic devices of technological lines and their technological parameters.
Competences: Independent be able to project simple technological lines in the industrial production of fodders, and also to direct processes in the range of this production
Prerequisites: Physic, biological
Course content: Materials and components applied in the fodder industry, their nutritious value and proprieties. The mechanical, thermal, chemical and biological methods of refining fodder materials (puffing, popping. micronizing). Devices applied to crumbling fodder materials, technological lines. The Methods of the pressure agglomeration of materials, technologies and applied devices. Technological lines in the factories of fodders. Stores, packing and the transportation of materials and ready product
