After finished occupations student: the skill of choice of methods leadership negotiation possesses, it be able to prepare strategy, style and it be able to qualify difficult negotiations situations in negotiations the tactics, the determining leadership of negotiation knows the factors,, it knows to choose the form of leadership and the mediation as well as to qualify the factors of escalation of conflict, it knows the ways of exerting the influence as well as the ethical aspects of negotiations process.Competences:
The positive credit of object makes possible in economic activity the independent leadership of negotiation, finding and the negotiating the conditions of funding, search the tradesmen and the recipient in productive process.Prerequisites:

The method of leadership of negotiation, factors the determining leadership of negotiation, transport in negotiations the, difficult negotiations situations, the negotiator\\\'s personality, strategy, style, tactician in negotiations, the leadership and the mediation as well as the factors of escalation, stages of process of negotiation, ways of exerting the influence, ethical aspects in negotiating.Recommended literature:
