Students acquire during the course of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to understand the fundamental genetic, in the classical genetics (mendlowskiej), molecular biology, cytogenetics, immunogenetyki, genetics, the process of gender formation and disorders of the process and the basis of population genetics and characteristics quantitative. In addition, acquires practical skills in identifying different types of chromosomal aberrations in animals and hereditary traits monogenowych (including inherited disorders) and poligenowych (multi-factorial). Competences:
The completion of the course provides an understanding of the mechanisms of inheritance of characteristics and genetic interpretation of the phenomena occurring at the molecular level. Prerequisites:
