Polish / EnglishThe course in English will be available if a minimum of 6 students sign up for a group. If less than 6 students sign up for the group, the course will be available in Polish with the possibility of individual support in English.Learning outcomes:
After completing the course it is expected that students will know the
current methodologies of valuing real property in the European Union. Students will be
familiar with the methods of appraising forestry property, agricultural real property,
underwater lands, residential property and office buildings, commercial real property,
business entities, the property’s machinery and fixtures. Students will know property
valuation approaches in the context of perpetual usufruct. Students will be able to
prepare appraisal reports of the forestry real property, agricultural real property, business
real property, dwellings, built-up real estate, and valuation reports for the sale and
conversion of perpetual usufruct into freehold ownership.Competences:
The course enables students to understand the responsibility of an appraiser
(property valuer) for the economic development, and makes them aware of the social
phenomena of the real estate market.Prerequisites:
Mathematics, Legal bases of real estate management, Basic knowledge of
spatial planningCourse content:
Current approaches to real estate appraisal. The income approach when
the income figures are fluctuating. Property appraisal in the context of perpetual
usufruct. Forest plots appraisal. Appraisal of forest land, wooded land and shrubbed land
that are situated in the urban investment zone open for the public. Appraisal of parks,
ornamental gardens, urban green areas and protection forests situated in the urban
investment zone open for the public. Appraisal of orchards, water grounds and land real
estate. Appraisal of an urbanized undeveloped property. Appraisal of a single family
residential property. Appraisal of a multi-family residential property. Appraisal of
commercial and industrial buildings. Appraisal of business entities. Appraisal of
