Learning outcomes: learning outcomes: After completing the course students will know fundamental regulations of Copyright Law and Industrial Property Law. They will know the notion of creative and artistic works and requirements to be granted to exclusive rights by copyright law. They will be able to distinguish copyrights as property rights and as personal rights as well as will know legal claim arising from them. Students will be able to find legal regulations on inventions, industrial designs, trademarks, utility models, geographical indications, semiconductor topographies.

Competences: competences: Students will know principles of free use of copyrighted works, will be able to draw up knowingly an agreement concerning copyright, and will be able to participate knowingly in granting patents procedure.

Prerequisites: Prerequisites: law basic knowledge

Course content: Course contents: Notion of intellectual property, works subjected to copyright, the notion of creator; copyrights content: personal rights and property rights, the notion of plagiarism, free use of protected works, industrial property rights, the innovation notion, premises of patent protection, the notion of other industrial property subjects.
