Learning outcomes: Basic course of poultry histopathological diagnostic is based on pathomorphological course. This subject include possibilities of histopathologic examination in the most common fowl diseases. Discuss about the rules of sampling and fixing of an examined material, also results interpretation and different diagnostic.

Competences: After graduation of poultry histopathological diagnostics course, student is qualified in recognizing typical changes in the most common birds diseases. Without help can taking a sample, fixing and describing material to the histopathologic examination.

Prerequisites: Graduated pathomorphological course.

Course content: During the course students will learn about histopathological changes in the most common poultry diseases (bacterial, viral and metabolic).
