Learning outcomes: Knowledge Student knowi general and specific notions in the field of management, as well as possesses theoretic basis of environment al management. Student is familiar with relations between management, socjety and environment, as well as its quality. He also knows the structure of environment al management system. Student possesses knowledge about means of environment al management and ``clean production`` as main strategy of environmental protection. Skills Student can build the system of environment al management, knows how to classify instruments used in environmental protection and can assess their efficiency. He can also evaluate pro – environment al programs and pro – ecological activity of the enterprise on the basis of environment al accounting.
Competences: Social competences Student is familiar with and understands problems resulting from relations between management, social and environmental systems and is aware of the need of continuoes improvement of environmental protection.
Prerequisites: Bases of ecomonics
Course content: Theoretical bases of structure of environment al management system. The best available technology as the aim to implement ``clean technology``. Najlepsza dostępna technika (BAT). Implementation of ISO 14001 in Poland.. Pro - ecological shaping of products. Instruments of management. Integrated management systems. Ecological responsibility.
