Learning outcomes: Knowledge: In the t semester student obtains knowledge and skills in the field of application, construction and possibility of regulation of basic machines in food industry such as grain cleaner and separators, mills, filters, washers, dryers, cooler advices and transport means. Skills : Student can chose machines in food industry in according with technical requirement , exploitation and energy consumption.

Competences: Social skills (attitude): The student shows an attitude in the selection of machines equipment and installations in food industry in relation machine-food, shows the conscience of the fact, that apply of technical installations could have an influence of quality and safety of food and attendance of machines, shows the conscience of economical effect of the application of different materials and machines.

Prerequisites: mathematics, physics , machines for food industry I

Course content: Machines in food industry such as grain cleaner and separators, mills, filters, washers, dryers, cooler advices and transport means.
