Learning outcomes: After completing the course student is able to define, classify, estimate quality and usefulness food concentrates.

Prerequisites: Biochemistry, General Food Technology, Vegetable and Fruit Technology

Course content: The objective of the course is to provide knowledge about convenience foods, functional foods (definition and classification) and about technology, stability and nutritive value of food concentrates.
