Learning outcomes: Knowledge: The student is able to describe the means and methodologies for assessing the effects of human impact in some parts of the environment; He knows the law and natural and technical solutions to reduce the effects of anthropogenic and repair damage in the environment; Skills: assess the impact of human pressure in the chosen parts of the environment, using appropriate methods the law rules; Elaborate proposals for action to reduce the effects of anthropogenic and eliminate damage to the environment; Can retrieve information from the literature and other sources, can integrate the information, interpret and critically evaluate them, has the ability to participate in scientific discussions and chairing discussions;

Competences: Personal and social competences: he is aware of individual and social responsibility for the environment and quality of food production, knows how to predict the environmental effects of activities undertaken, can indicate risk minimization activities; He can think and act in a creative and enterprising; Understands the need for training for all life on issues related to environmental protection;

Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of nature conservation and environmental protection, the law in environmental protection, waste management, water management, natural resources, monitoring.

Course content: Scope ratified by Poland international conventions on the protection of biodiversity, habitats, landscapes, natural and cultural heritage and the consequences of their commitments in the national conservation practice. Analysis of individual events associated with human activities in the environment waking disputes due to the ambiguous legal interpretations. Preparation of pleadings in the judicial and administrative proceedings in environmental protection.

Recommended literature: The current directives, laws and regulations in the scope of the object. Judicial and administrative decisions in the environmental protection.

Assessment methods: Knowledge: a credit test. Skills: assessment of the preparation of judgments Personal and social competences: assessment of the effects of teamwork, accuracy assessment of selection options to the basic principles of environmental protection.
