Learning outcomes: Knowledge: A student knows models of intellectual property protection in both national and international context; knows the scope of material and subjective law of intellectual property and how to exercise and protect it in case of intellectual property infringement, is able to define one`s psychophysical abilities in professional environment; knows factors influencing occupation nuisance and how to modify them to limit it. Skills: A student makes use of legal instruments in both civil and criminal law context providing protection of intellectual property; drafts documents on the exercise and disposal of the intellectual property law; is able to classify intellectual property rights; is able to determine actions which should be undertaken in order to improve occupation improvement; is able to indicate methods limiting occupational tiredness. Social competences: A student is aware of the importance of the role of the intellectual property law in legal transactions; shows understanding towards necessity of the intellectual property protection; understands conceptual and remedial ergonomics in social aspect; may attend the schedule planning which aims at modification of occupational conditions and environment in order to ensure an employee`s` good health.

Course content: Course content: The term of intellectual property. Elements of property law concerning ownership transfer. Subjective and material scope of intellectual property law. Intellectual property law exercise. Intellectual property transfer. Exhaustion of the intellectual property law. Intellectual property infringement. The role and tasks for conceptual and remedial ergonomics. Factors influencing occupational nuisance. Working at the computer. Tiredness and its effects.
