Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student: - Defines the basic concepts about the structure of the legal system; - Qualified sources of law; - Formulates the basic institutions of civil law, in particular the rights of property; - Defines the basic institutions of administrative law process; - Knows the rules of conduct in the preparation and drawing up of local planning documents; - Knows the basic legal aspects of the process of delimitation of the property; Skills: Student: - Interprets - the interpretation of the law based on statutory law and case law; - Draw up pleadings in the administrative procedure necessary to obtain the desired administrative decision; - Complements the documentation required to obtain an entry in the land register; - Classified legal entities occurring in the course of law; - Is able to make a distinction on the basis of an individual's property rights; Social competence: Student: - Shows understanding for the need to interpret the law in the exercise of the profession of surveyors; - Organizes its role as a party to proceedings in civil proceedings and administrative proceedings; - Is aware of the need to use specific legislation and case law in order to protect their rights;

Course content: Content of education: The concept of law, rule of law and the rule of law, the interpretation of the law, the legal system of sources of law, the principles of the Constitution of the Polish Republic, a natural person, legal person, an organizational unit without legal personality, property rights, land registry system, the proceedings before the organs of public administration, principles of planning, environmental law, the boundary of the property.

Assessment methods: development of a Supreme Court, a written exam.
